LACUNA COIL To Perform On ABC's 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' LACUNA COIL's latest single, "Our Truth", has entered the U.K. Top 40 singles chart at position No. 40. View the entire chart at this location. As previously reported, "Our Truth" also entered the Italian national chart at position No. 23 and the Spanish chart at No. 19. In addition, the "Our Truth" video is currently in "SuperHot" rotation on MTV Italy, where it has eclipsed the likes of BLACK EYED PEAS, FALL OUT BOY and OASIS in terms of airplay, according to EmptySpiral.net. LACUNA COIL's new album, "Karmacode", is scheduled for release on April 4 via Century Media Records. "I would say 'Karmacode' is the missing link between Europe and America because we're still keeping our roots, we're still keeping the structure, the melody, the passion, the real strings that are not common in the U.S.," vocalist Cristina Scabbia told Billboard. "But at the same time, we wanted to incorporate something strong, something more powerful." LACUNA COIL's 2002 album "Comalies" has sold 234,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Marco Barbieri, Century Media president for North America, says the record has sold 500,000 units worldwide. LACUNA COIL's popularity on the metal front is already sealed: They will be on the cover of at least a half-dozen metal magazines this spring. But the group also is gaining mainstream exposure: An April appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and a segment of "The Mix" on ABC News are slated, according to Billboard. LIVE-METAL.NET will be featuring an exclusive interview with Lacuna Coil in the coming days.

LACUNA COIL frontwoman Cristina Scabbia is featured on the cover of the new issue of the Italian edition of Rolling Stone magazine. To view a collection of LACUNA COIL magazine covers from all across the world, click here. specials.centurymedia.de/LC/LACUNA COIL made their much-anticipated return to the U.S. on June 29 as part of this year's Ozzfest main-stage lineup. The massive summer trek coincides with the release of the new single "Enjoy the Silence", which impacted commercial radio last week. The video for the track, completed by the directorial team Fort Awesome, who also shot the group's acclaimed "Our Truth" clip, made its U.S. television debut on MTV2's "Headbanger's Ball" on July 15. Since its release, LACUNA COIL's new album, "Karmacode", has sold over 100,000 units, according to Nielsen SoundScan, and spent a total of eight weeks on the Billboard Top 200 chart. The album's success can be partly contributed to the strength of its lead-off single, "Our Truth", and a stellar live performance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" in May. The track was added by over 75 Active Rock and Alternative Radio outlets (and played by well over 125 commercial outlets in all), becoming a Top 30 Active Rock single while spending over 2 1/2 months on the Top 40 Active Rock Radio Chart and reaching a monitored Arbitron audience of over 11 million listeners. LACUNA COIL's breakthrough single "Heaven's A Lie", from the acclaimed 2002 album "Comalies", is currently featured in a summer promotional spot for CBS-TV's "Criminal Minds" program.

LACUNA COIL Frontwoman: 'I'm Not Pregnant'
LACUNA COIL frontwoman Cristina Scabbia has issued the following update:
"Ozzfest is done. A great tour as usual, full of great people and good, good times. I'll miss everybody. I miss them now.
"Now I definitely need a small vacation, as does every one of you, I bet. I'll see you around Europe in September/October and then in the U.S. again soon.
"Oh, last little thoughts before I go away for a while:
1) I'm NOT dating any of the guys you're seeing me in various covers/pictures/interviews with, etc. That's WORK, that's FRIENDSHIP, that's people I PLAYED WITH or artists like me. But being a girl, of course, the first connection is 'Oooh! A new couple!' FUCK NO. You know who's the ONLY ONE for me, and it's pretty clear, it's in my list of pics and in my thanks in the booklet of 'Karmacode'. So there.
2) I'm not pregnant, even if I have to admit that my belly is bigger that a month ago, ha! Well, what's the deal? I love to eat, and it's my damn vacation, I'll have time to work it out, right? Maybe.
3) I don't hate any other female singer in the UNIVERSE, so PLEASE help to stop this fucking cat fight invented by extreme fans or press. It's getting me sick to my stomach.
4) I just noticed that people is never happy. If I should be the perfect girl, I should be taller than I am, but shorter as well, fatter but skinnier and or course with long hair but short! And then my voice is so awful that is amazing and my attitude is not enough cool 'cause I should be more diva but nicer!
"You know what? Thank God I KNOW (and people who know me too) WHO I AM: And you'll never let me down.
"Enjoy your summer, and get all your energies back we'll have a fall with many horns up!"

LACUNA COIL To Perform Acoustically On DAVE NAVARRO's 'Spread TV' and to release "Visual Karma" DVD in NovemberItalian gothic metal band LACUNA COIL will perform an acoustic song on of Dave Navarro's Spread TV Internet show on ManiaTV.com on Wednesday, October 1. You will be able to watch the performance online at www.maniatv.com. LACUNA COIL's first-ever DVD, "Visual Karma (Body, Mind and Soul)", will be released in November via Century Media. The double DVD, which is a celebration of all things from the band's "Karmacode" album and subsequent touring cycle, will include: * Remixed and remastered live performances recorded in 2007 at the Loud Park festival (Japan) and Wacken Open Air festival (Germany). * The bandmembers' individual personal mini-movie features. * All of the promo videos from the "Karmacode" album. * Behind-the-scenes tour features filmed around the world. * 10 competition-winning, fan-created videos. * A link and key to the band's new album preview website! A "limited-edition" four-disc package will include: * A 5.1 mix of the "Karmacode" album on audio DVD. * A bonus CD with the Wacken Open Air audio live material. A detailed track listing and art information will be released shortly. Commented band co-vocalist Andrea Ferro: "In the past, we've been asked a million times about when we were gonna put out a band DVD. Truthfully, we never felt like it was a priority, and we didn't want to release something just because the market was asking for it. The 'Karmacode' tour brought us to many different places around the world for the first time and we managed to record some of those great, outstanding shows, where the interaction with the people was just magic. This DVD is a beautiful reminder of where we have been in the past three years with all our body, mind and soul."
