VAINS OF JENNA INTERVIEW @ Live-Metal.Netwww.live-metal.net/interviews_vainsofjennaFans of '80s hair metal are having the time of their lives in 2007, as Poison and Ratt have hooked up for a summer tour. Poison has toured steadily for the past few years, and Ratt is newly reunited with singer Stephen Pearcy. White Lion was originally slated to open the show, but legal issues forced the cancellation of their appearance. Enter Swedish rockers Vains of Jenna, whose debut album, Lit Up/Let Down, is available on Bam Margera's new label, Filthy Note. Vains of Jenna puts the rock back into rock n' roll with attitude, a trashy sound missing in music today and an image that complements it perfectly. Live-Metal.net's Jeff Maki touched base with drummer Jacki Stone during the summer run to discuss the tour, Poison and Ratt's influence on the band and, of course, Bam Margera. www.Vainsofjenna.comwww.Myspace.com/vainsofjennawww.Myspace.com/jackistonewww.Filthynote.com

MARTA OF BLEEDING THROUGH Cristina Scabbia of Lacuna Coil (left) and Marta of Bleeding Through (right) Live-Metal.net sat atop a dark stairwell with Marta, keyboardist of BLEEDING THROUGH, prior to the band's opening slot for HIM at the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. for an intimate interview. The obvious questions were asked about topics such as being a female in a rock band and her cover issue of Revolver as "one of the hottest chicks in metal," but we also got some dirt on new BLEEDING THROUGH music, the continued success of their album, The Truth and how the band ended up opening for Finnish love metallers, HIM. Is she dearly demented? Read here: www.live-metal.net/interviews_bleedingthrough_marta.html

Sebastian Bach: Back in The Saddle with Angel DownSebastian Bach is a man who needs no introduction. With more than two decades in the limelight, no one embodies the spirit of rock n' roll quite like him. This jack-of-all-trades has run the gamut from rock frontman, to Broadway actor to reality TV star and back again. Bach is now ready to return to his metal roots and unleash his latest project. Jason Price of Live-Metal.net recently sat down with Bach to talk about what lies in store for fans on Angel Down, the evolution of the album, the re-emergence of W. Axl Rose and the burdens of being an unofficial mouthpiece for Gun N' Roses. Check out the interview with Baz here:www.live-metal.net/interviews_sebastianbach.html Check out a review of his new album here:www.live-metal.net/cdreviews_sebastianbach_angeldown.html
