You know what Goose, don't even try to debate me on subjects, point is I will not listen so save your breath.
That goes for all of you here. Listen to what I have to say and you(unlike Goose) might learn a thing or two.
You have all been schooled in the fine art of posting by Chad Steele!

Yeah, that is right everyone. Steele knows everything. You should hang on his every word.
He will show you how to bitch about everyone else's posts.
It goes without saying that he is a "masterdebater".

Sadomasocistic gathering.... I think not. It is just a little gathering for all us B-Level Celebs to hang out and let loose. Andrew Bryniarski, Misty Mundae, Chainsaw Sally, Muthagoose and Stomper... it is all on the up and up.... www.chainsawsally.comwww.mistymundae.com

edub, if you're speaking of "Eric the Pie", I agree that it is one of the sickest things ever written. I certainly don't think that anyone here is advocating that sort of behavior. I only posted the link because the story has a certain notoriety factor in that it drove one publishing firm completely out of business. If it bothers you, you're probably not going to want to read this outtake from the Shaun Hutson novel "Compulsion." www.shaunhutson.com/exclusives/embroidery.htmThis scene, describing how a group of elderly nursing home residents deal with a young neighborhood girl's perceived lack of morals, was cut from the novel at the requests of Hutson's agent and publishers. No matter whether the story is to everyone's taste or not, censorship should not be tolerated, ever. On a metal note, Shaun Hutson is friends with Iron Maiden and has appeared onstage with them before. BTW, don't leave the board, we need more reading contributors.

Another Recommendation:
"City Infernal" by Edward Lee "Infernal Angel" by Edward Lee (sequel)
These are two excellent reads about a girl who explores Hell. There's rumored to be a third in the series in the works.

I disagree, you should all be censored.
I plan to do so by cutting off your little fingers with a weedwacker so you can't type the links to your horrible sites anymore.
Then I will stick your severed fingers up Muthagoose's ass while I call him Gina.

Another book that is one of my personal favorites ( that I have forgotten to mention) is "Don't Stop The Carnival" by Herman Wouk. A great book about a broadway producer who quits his job to run a resort in the Carribean. Very funny.

"Monstrosity" by Edward Lee
Like the previously recommended Lee novels ('City Infernal' & 'Infernal Angel'), this one was well-written and executed. Good for some quality entertainment.

I am definitely going to have to try out some of the recommended Lee novels.
One not to try - bleachers, by John Grisham. A decent book, but certainly did not live up to my expectations. Grisham seems to be going downhill somewhat with his last few novels.

I never thought there was an "uphill" for Grisham. I don't like to bash someone's hard work, but I never cared for his dry-prosed lawyer novels, personally.

I see your point....some of his stuff is dry, but I really like The Testament, The King of Torts, and A Painted House.
You do have a point though, and it would be nice to see him come "back uphill" for a while.

I've never actually read any of those three, so maybe I've had the misfortune of only encountering his dry-prosed lawyer novels. The experience doesn't make me want to rush out and read more of his work, but maybe I'll give a chance to one of the aforementioned in the future.

Actually, Grisham just came out with a new one...can't recall the name. Two novels in less than a year..sounds like he is going more for quantity than quality.
